Refund policy

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at orders@captureel.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of film we do not accept returns.

Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, you may request a refund up to 30 days after receiving your items by contacting us at orders@captureel.com.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
